We are excited to welcome you to The RACE Summit 2025!

The RACE Report in collaboration with Kings College London (KCL), and the Diverse Sustainability Initiative bring you The RACE Summit happening on 3rd July 2025. Get your tickets here.

Join us at King's College London - Strand Campus, on 3rd July 2025, for the second annual summit filled with progressive conversations, positive challenges, practical takeaways, connection, networking opportunities, and action-oriented workshops to create a more inclusive environmental sector!

The summit brings together individuals working in, considering working in, or funding organisations and projects committed to transforming diversity and inclusion in the environment sector, to generate commitment and collective action and create the change we need, to ensure the sector can truly serve the communities most affected by the climate and ecological catastrophe.

The theme for this year’s summit is “Intersectionality and Empowerment”.

The day will centre connection and movement, whilst listening, engaging, learning, positively challenging and working with CEOs, HR professionals and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) leads, underrepresented individuals in the sector, and allies committed to transformative action.

Who should attend?

- Individuals with lived experience of marginalisation and underrepresentation in the sector, and allies (staff, long-service volunteers, trustees)

- Young people/students aspiring to get into the sector

- Human Resources professionals and Equity Diversity and Inclusion leads from environmental, climate, sustainability, conservation or nature organisations and charities (staff and trustees)

- CEOs and senior leadership professionals of environmental, climate, sustainability, conservation or nature organisations and charities (staff and trustees)

The RACE Summit builds on the work of The RACE Report, and the Diverse Sustainability Initiative, supporting the environment sector to progress racial justice and inclusion. We strongly encourage any organisation involved with these networks and initiatives to attend.

More information and an agenda update to come.

Mark your calendars and get your tickets to be part of the change at The RACE Summit 2025!
